ALL homeowners and tenants are now entitled to a insulation grant towards the cost of insulating your home. You do not need to be means tested or in receipt of any benefits to qualify for this grant.
We apply for the grant on your behalf and claim the money directly so that you only have to pay YOUR contribution which would be as follows:

If you or anyone living in your property (tenant, relative, child etc) is in receipt of any of the following Benefits - then you will qualify for a 100% grant, and are entitled to have Cavity Wall Insulation, and a 8 - 10 inch top up of Loft Insulation installed TOTALLY FOR FREE:
- Child tax credit where the relevant single income is £16,190 or less
- Working tax credit where the single income is £16,190 or less
- Council tax benefit (not single occupancy)
- Housing benefit

- Income-based Jobseeker's allowance

How do the grants work
In recent years the major UK Power companies, such as EDF Energy, Eon and Scottish Power have shown a firm commitment to investing in Energy Saving initiatives that will directly benefit the homeowner. Hence the Energy Companies are currently offering these amazing grants on insulating your home.
It does not matter which Energy Company that you are with in order to qualify for these great savings.
You do not need to change your existing Utility provider.
You do not need to apply to the Energy Company for the grant as we will do that on your behalf.
You will NOT be means tested to qualify for the grant. You simply need to be a homeowner or a tenant.
